Food is great. Excellent ceviche and aguachile. Wine selection even though seems quite a number of choices but quality is average. Glassware is so basic that shows that wine is not important. If they can elevate wine, it could be pretty impressive.

Great palace to spend a lunch with friends or family! I would recommend fresh seafood over tacos. Oysters were amazing, tuna sashimi and hamachi very good! Service is nice and friendly! Not amazed by the wine. Good martini! I would come back for a lunch! Thank you

You won’t regret this experience! Absolutely everything we had was second! The tuna tostado was so good, went back another day in our very short trip just for those. Topped with a margarita, it was a heavenly experience. Other items we tried were the VERY spicy ceviche - we loved it but don’t do it if you can’t handle the heat. We also had the prawns, probably the best grilled I’ve ever had! I’d go back again for sure!

I was excited to try Campobaja based on the menu reviews and stopped by for lunch on a Friday afternoon shortly after they opened. Thankfully it was quiet and I was seated right away. Even though I was dining alone I tried several things: -Tuna Tostda: super fresh tuna -Sweet potatoe ceviche: packed with flavor, but almost a bit too salty -Chicken tinga quesadilla: unique flavor when combined with the pineapple bits; super tasty when adding in the onions & hot sauce that are served with it. *You can scan a QR code to see the menu in English

A truly memorable meal. The seafood was excellent — the grilled octopus and prawns were phenomenal, and cocktails were equally impressive. The ambience makes it a standout spot. Service was friendly at first but slowed a little once we tipped 10% (which is already high), so that felt a bit odd. Servers spoke very limited English, so it helps to have a menu translation ready to streamline ordering. That said, the food and atmosphere are strong enough that it doesn’t take away from the experience. A fantastic meal overall, and well worth visiting if you want quality seafood in Campania.

Campobaja This is a very nice restaurant where you can go as an individual couple or very large group. Atmosphere and decor is very nice. Noise/music is very loud and sometimes difficult to have a conversation. The acoustics amplify the bustle. I agree with the complaints of others regarding how loud the noise is. Well curated wine and drink list. First time I noticed a restaurant with orange wine. Obviously I had it and it was amazing, from the Alsatian region. No problem getting filtered water and it was served with ice without requesting it. Love that. Wait service was attentive professional and enjoyable. Really welcoming and very nice staff. We tried the pork belly on noodles and it was amazing. However, we asked several times to make sure that it was not spicy hot, that there would be no Pico or picante, but it came very spicy for us and the waiter said it was only medium. Yes but I request no hot spices... Most really good restaurants would have, without question , just taken the plate back and redid it without the hot spicy ingredients but here,  the waiter grabbed my spin and proceeded to pick. Out what he perceived as the hot pieces. It was hilarious. I guess this sort of thing is typical for Mexico. We also tried the oysters which were pretty good. Quite expensive for three oysters but it hit the spot. By this time we were warned there were 10 minutes before the restaurant kitchen closes. This drives me nuts. I guess in Mexico the restaurant kitchens close an hour or more prior to the restaurant. We ended up ordering the burritos. While interesting, they were not our personal favorite. They certainly didn't rise to the expectations of the a general food culture of the city. They love the hot sauces at this restaurant. I love that they had real menus here. They have a sink outside the bathrooms to wash your hands. My daughter said the bathrooms were slnot so clean, a disappointment. I didn't check out the men's room. They take credit cards and Amex. I think their menu is all over the place. I didn't really appreciate one common theme. Nevertheless, if the pork belly appetizer wasn't too hot for our tastes, it's an amazing dish. Warm sweet and savory ramen noodles with just the most perfectly cooked pork belly. It was nice to see oysters. However, it didn't seem like they really belonged there and I was a little weary of getting oysters but they were fine, I hope. Personally, I wouldn't be going for the burritos here. Your taste may be different. Study the menu before you go so you will understand how to approach your meal and drinks before getting there. Think tapas? Also, I was being generous on my star ratings if you don't completely agree.

I totally get why Campobaja has a Michelin star! We made a lunch reservation (which I highly recommend—it doesn’t seem like the kind of place you can just walk into), and the entire experience lived up to the hype. The space feels trendy and full of energy, and the food? Absolutely incredible. Every bite was bright, fresh, and carefully crafted—flavorful without being fussy. You can really tell how much attention goes into each dish. The service was fine, not great, but the food more than carried the experience. This place is a must-visit in CDMX and absolutely worth it.

Came here because my normal nail place was closed due to the holiday. They got me in super quick and were not busy at all. The salon was overall pretty clean and the ladies were nice. I would come here again if I needed somewhere as a backup to go.
